Camp got even better a week later when my favorite punching bag, I mean training partner-Kelly arrived We had a great time training together, smashing each other to bits, trash talking and laughed through it all. Kelly and I have done many training camps together; Boulder, Flagstaff, lake Placid and Tucson. This was probably one of my favorite camps because we are both 100% healthy and training for an Ironman only 2 weeks apart. Here are some photos of our camps over the years:

Organizers say the meetings are an important way to keep people up to date on any changes in the regulations or technology that has been developed. Last year, nearly 1,600 growers, farm-labor contractors and supervisors attended the series of meetings.

Can open person up to severe lateral joint injuries, can cause severe injury, or in some cases, death, depending upon fall. No helmets, armor or padding are worn as in rollerblading or other high-speed sports performed on changing terrain.
