I dont like clothes on dogs .that being said, I've seen people take their kids' old sweaters and turn them into something their dog can put on.

Also, I made a coat for Ceasar, along the lines of what a horse blanket looks like, fleece with a strap across the front of the chest and one just behind the front legs and a small cloth loop to put over the tail to keep it in place. You can find patterns at your local fabric store.References :
