It's good to carry personal bottles of water to stay hydrated during the sessions. Hydration is important both in summer and winter because the exercises can cause sweatiness. It is also important to eat balanced diets after the exercises to rebuild and rejuvenate the body. A snack, fruit such as banana or apple can help speed up recovery.
